So I installed said lift last weekend on my Jeep TJ Sport Auto 4.0, and am very impressed with the ride. Hell it rides 3 times better than my stock suspension. But my Jeep is an 02 so the stock shocks were pretty much shot.
The install went very well accept snapping off 3 bolts and the rear track bar was a *&^(#@. It took me longer to fix that than doing the lift.
So driving it I have very little vibrations. No vibes at all accept around 45 to 55 is a very very slight vibration. Hell it could even be my tires as I had more vibration before the lift at 110. I havn't istalled the Transfer Case Drop. I really dont think I need to but want some of your more experienced opinions.
Also I did do a do a quick tow in adjustment. Do I really need to get an alignment? It drives and breaks straight after doing this. It was out 1.25" and I adjusted the tow-in accordingly. If I can get away with not getting one until I get bigger rubber I will but if its going to destroy my tires I will get one asap.
Anyone looking for 30x9.5x15 BFG KM2's ;)

You didn't mention the height of your lift but I think ome lifts are 2 inches which would explain the very little vibes/no t-case drop situation...it's best if you have no vibes or you will eat through seals and u-joints but what "no vibes" means is up for discussion...everything that rotates vibrates to some extent and it can be tough to even poinpoint the source of the vibes, as you mentioned...switching tire front to back can help to rule out tire vibes. Have you considered full droop? if not you should raise the frame, let the axle (rear) hang and confirm that the wheeles can turn without the yoke ears colliding.
As far as alignment, I've given up on pro alignments and I've been aligning my jeeps myself for several years with no adverse tire wear. I just do it really carefully with tape measures and then use tape or paint to confirm even tread wear. If you are not familiar with this I could describe it further.
My neighbour may want those tires? age, wear, price, quantity?
I would try dropping the tcase a little, even if only temporarily and to confirm your suspicion of the source of the vibe. You may be able to install cam bolts on the rear upper control arms at the axle which would allow you to adjust pinion angle which could also help with your vibes.

I put the 1" TC drop in tonight and now have no sign of vibrations at all. I guess I needed to drop it.
Tires are 4 BFG's KM2's. I will have to check the tread. One is cupped pretty good. The spare is brand new BFG KM ( the older style). Im not sure if there're worth selling to anyone. I will take some pics when I get a chance .

Was the lift 2"?

Was called 2.5" HD OME lift. I got 3" in the front and 3 1/4 in the rear. Cost $1000 bucks from Northbridge but I went there and picked it up. Next to go on is a JKS body lift and MML. I will have tonnes of room to clear 33's then.

Your old springs must have been pretty tired to get that much lift? I ordered my OME springs this morning :)

do you need to make a rear track bar adjustment on an OME 2" lift? I dont see people doing them on 2" budget boosts, and I think I read somewhere that at 3" it is out 3/4 of an inch...
whats the word?

Well my springs were 8 years old with 160k on them so they were probably tired.
I used the relocation bracket in the rear as my axle was way off. It was a PITA to get the trackbar in it. I still could used an adjustable trackbar for the rear. It's still almost a 1/4 out. I put an adjustable front trackbar on the front. It's pretty close to being turned in all the way. Any longer and it wouldn't have worked.
