just wondering what is all involved in getting a dana 300 form a older cj to work in my 93 yj. I still have the stock drive train except for a ford 8.8. Really just wondering how hard of a swap this would be. I ask because I can get a really good deal on this tcase.

You have to flip it. Brink did his, I dont know if he used a kit or not. If you need a kit, its 500 US from downeast offroad.
Twinsticks you can set up yourself, or buy another kit for for about 150 US, which would include braket, sticks, and shifter boot.
Pretty sure they require an adapter, which I think Novak does with a clock ring. Another couple hundred.
Unless you want to spend big bucks, you'll need to do a lot of homework on how to do most those mods yourself.
300's are awsome, but if you need to buy everything for them, they will nickle and dime you to the cost of a new atlas.
I'd still take it if thats a mod you want to have in some time. Just remember that it will take a while to get her all setup and running.
Good winter project.
