Hey,

I am looking to do some basement development work, and put in some hardwood flooring.

The flooring job may already be spoken for, but that may not work out. 

If anyone on here (or knows someone) does this type of work, let me know.  I have some drawings, I can send them to you and you can decide if you want to tackle this work.
