Title: Track bar bracket hole tolerances

After I removed my track bar I measured the holes in the bracket. The bolt size is the standard 9/16" NF which measured 1.39mm.
All the holes visually appeared round and not oval but the hole ranged in size from 1.43mm to 1.57mm.  Does anyone know if this is within spec?
Is the only way to fix this to cut the bracket off and reweld another one on?

or weld washers over the oblonged holes.
