Title: '87 YJ (43's, stretch, full width diffs, coil overs, small block, atlas, etc)

Bought this rig out of the US as a runner but not nearly complete. This will now be a trail only rig (was street legal in Colorado)... so here is a summary of the mods underway and some build credits.

1) Engine... Cam, aluminum heads, tuned port injection (me)
2) Fuel system... 700HP Aeromotive pump & regulator, steel braided line, all AN fittings (me & RWS)
3) Dash/gauges/wiring... Autometer, 12 volt guy, painless fuse/relay wiring harness (me)
4) Steering... PSC full hydro (Bnine  & RWS)
5) Front suspension... air bumps & sway bar (Bnine & RWS)
6) Rear suspension... back half the frame (me & RWS)
7) Rear suspension... air bumps, swaybar (Bnine & RWS)
7+1) Exterior... TJ grill & TJ soft top (me)

Still needs sway bars all around, rear bumps, final wiring and a bunch of test and tune time...

I used to have the same battery hold down.  Sweet  ;D

Ya... I bought the rig out of the US and it worked OK... now I just want to bring it up to a "whole new level" and get rid of stuff like the bungie cord battery hold down system  :-[

Thanx for the props Dom... despite spending about 1/2 my time out of the country these days... I am hoping to have it out for a shake down run toward the end of July. I fired it up for the first time last week... so it's alive  ;)

Fired it up, broke in the new cam, set timing & idle and then the computer took over... it runs really good. Sure seems snappy as compared to previous cam, heads and injection. Steering almost done (no pics yet).

Added shock tower brace that the PCS reservoir will mount to. From here its rear air bumps, sway bars, finish wire, proper fan mount, get red coil wire, etc... plus lots of little things.

Probably be ready for a fall run :)
