Title: Airshow in Lethbridge July 23, 2011

Hey everyone,

Although "Jeeping'' is my latest hobby I have been a recreational pilot since I was 16. So, I am heading to the airshow in Lethbridge Saturday, July 23, 2011 (Sunday as an alternate if weather is not good on Saturday).

So, I wanted to see if any fellow Jeep enthusiasts share my love of aviation. If so, we could convoy down there.

Let me know.

Advance tickets are $15 with free parking.

What, no aviation freaks outh there?  :'(

Have you ever seen the Snowbirds? An F-18? A-10 Warthog demonstrating how they chew up tanks? Walked through a C-17 Globalstar (great big jet cargo plane)? If not, its worth seeing...

Might make the trek down.... haven't decided if I want to turn it into a weekend of camping yet.

Got to sit in a warthog a few years ago at a very similar show! Id love to be there but unfortunately work is interfering with this one :(

there is one this weekend in Airdrie if you can't make Lethbridge.  Sat and Sunday 16th and 17th

I guess there is also an air show in airdrie this weekend too, so that would be nice to see, It is on the east side of highway 2 just on the edge of town, or so I have been told
