ALL PROCEEDS GOING TO THE "SEND CLAY TO THE TTC CHAMPIONS CUP IN 2012"

More details:

Evolution Presents....

OCTOBER FALL CRAWL
Rock Crawl competition

Saturday October 22, 2011
Noon-6pm for the racing
Bonfire & Awards after
Located at the Evolution shop (30 minutes east of Airdrie, Alberta)
$50 entry fee per vehicle. The same vehicle can be entered with a different driver, but they must also pay the $50 fee so it's a fair cut for everyone.
$5 for spectators

Fastest time or furthest distance through the course wins.

Anyone and any vehicle is welcome, the only rules we ask is that there is a roof or a cage over your head and everyone in the vehicle must have seatbelts and helmets. Winches are not mandatory, but it would help if you had tow tooks so we could pull you out if we have to.

There are no tire size classes, everyone is in a fight to the finish line together. Prizes for the top 3 spots include cash from the entry fees and other goodies. This is also a fundraising event to SEND THE WARTHOG TO TTC 2012 so we need your help to make it happen!!

More details to come....

just a few more rules me and erin and clay have been pulling outta our head......

RULE # 1
any and all drinking will be after the comp is done, the gates will be locked and u will be staying the night clay and erin do not want to be held responsible if u drink and drive and kill yourself or others...... gates will be reopened in morning...

RULE #2

all kids are to be watched at alltimes we do not want any of them becoming speed bumps.... my sister most likely will be there and she is a full time nanny so she can help corralling the kids

RULE #3

all animosity or hate for clay or evolution is to be left at the gate. This is for clay i guy who has helped the wheeling community for years and finnally its time to give something back to him.... we dont care and dont want to here about it..

Rule #4

Have fun and dont regret anything the gas pedal is on the right

I hope to see u all out here if even to come out for the bbq...  all the rocks are here from federal and soem other obstacles...

There are pics of the rock course on the evolution website if anyone is itnerested...

Just to tell u this if we score the way clay is planning its gonna be anyones game not the big guys it could be a 31" tired jeep that wins

Clay decided it is going to be a "Capture the Flag" style competition where each "team" has to capture as many flags as they can in a 10 minute time period while staying within the boundaries. The more creative you are, the better the show!

FROM ERIN AT EVOLUTION

Well it looks like there is going to be quite the turnout. I'm not trying to overthink things since we just want this to be a fun end of the season get-together. I'm excited to meet customers I've only spoken to over the phone & very excited to see some new and familiar rigs.

To anyone showing up, please bring some chairs, some snacks, food for later etc and your own booze if you plan on staying the night. We will be selling Lou's smoked sausages, Kayla's amazing treats and refreshments.

Some things that I am in need of:

a couple big coolers for drinks
hand-held radios
someone to take video
If someone has a collapsable table to bring that would be great
SAFETY VESTS
Loud speaker

The forecast is calling for 11 degrees and partly cloudy. Please remember to wear warm clothing because it drops quite a bit when the sun goes down. We will have one main fire pit going (we have lots of wood to burn) so we can make sure there are no fires started. It is very dry out here & with all the fallen leaves it will make it even more flammable.

Everyone MUST stay behind the designated areas. There's a park in the back for kids if they want to use it. ALL dogs must be on leashes at all times. Same goes for kids.   We have a bunch of new trees around the property so we have taped them off to protect them. Please watch for the tape so you dont hurt our little trees.

All the rest we will tell you when you get here.

There will be signs up at the 2 major entrances coming from north of Airdrie and coming from the Balzac road from Calgary so look for the BRIGHT GREEN RIBBONS. Hopefully you dont get lost, but incase you do my cell # is 403.605.6224. Dont call the shop phone because I'll be outside.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

- Cook
- Sign-in
- Waivers
- Scorekeepers
- someone to keep an eye on spectators to make sure they are behind the tape
- someone to line up vehicles

I hope this will be a fun day for everyone. See you Saturday!!
