I was doing some work on my 02 TJ and I noticed a bit of rust. I had it undersprayed when it was new...and it has had a good life .. but I was thinking of doing the inside of the Jeep. To do this I guess I have to pull the seats and rug, so if I'm doing all this I'm hoping once is enough.
I saw a roll on polyurethane box liner at National 4WD but was wondering if there is a better thing to use? Are there people that do this sort of thing?
Thanks...

Line-x or armourthane do this (spray on box liner). Call any of the truck shops and they do it too. The roll on stuff will work great if you prep properly (brothers had his in his yj for over 5 years with minimal wear.

I had some bad rust on my XJ's floor, ie BIG holes. I wire brushed all of the rust off, patched in new flooring where needed, treated it with POR15(both sides) and then used some roll on box liner from CT(Hippo Liner). Worked awesome! WAs very impressed with both the POR15 and the Hippo Liner. Very easy to use, in fact my wife applied most of the Hippo Liner.

Hippo Liner was from Canadian Tire. Hippo Liner i got from a custom body shop in the NE, off McKnight and 12st. Sorry I don't remember the name but I think if you google it its listed as a supplier.
