It looks like an inverted torx bolt, anybody know for sure and what size socket?

Saw lots of those on a BMW that I swapped a clutch on. It is in fact an inverted torx socket. Not sure of the size but looks like a T45 ...

You can force either a 3/8 or 10 mm 12 point on there in a pinch, but the inverted torx is definately the answer.

Thats what i did when i couldn't find the proper size. Im pretty sure they are size E12.

E12 is the size, PoonSource has the nice Jet ones for dirt cheap.
