Hello I have 2007 JK I have replaced the master cylinder and the slave cylinder because of weak clutch pedal, about 800km ago, Now every morning when I go to drive the JK I cant shift because I again have a weak clutch pedal dose anyone have any ideas I about ready to put an auto in !!! Here is the troubling part if you drive the JK for about 15mins the clutch works great ?????

Did you bleed it?
-
My xj is the same way. Bled many times but still got an air bubble in there somewhere.
-
Try bleeding it from the bottom up. Just pull the slave and work the piston manually till you get bubbles out the top. I've never been able to bleed them that well out the bottom.

:( >:( :'( Well The JK is at the shop Clutch is good some were along the line somebody put the wrong oil in the master cylinder and now it is eating all the rubber seals, FXXK and NO one will say they did that so now the JK will have all new rubber hoses and anything rubber in the hydrical system the grand total will be around $3750.00 So much for buying that 6inch lift kit now will just have to live with the 4" and and 35" tires for now FXXK FXXK FXXK

RUN!!! Fast to another shop for a second opinion!
Unless you filled both brakes and clutch master with bleach, then you deserve the 4k bill ;D
