Title: Vacuum housing fluid?

Had the disconnect housing off yesterday and cleaned it up. I'm just wondering if I need to fill it with gear oil by hand, or is it supposed to be dry?

it should be wet because it is lubed up by the gear oil in the diff, you might wanna make sure its full.

It was full when I took the housing off, I was just wondering if it was sealed. Thanks for the reply.
