Title: stalling out

my jeep started stalling out on steep off road hills today.Just like it was running out of gas. Now it wont restart  I cant hear the fuel pump running either. Think I need a fuel pump  its an 87 Wrangler with 4 litre.  Anyone have a fuel pump?  and will other Jeep fuel  pumps work?    i,ll check  back or can ya call me?  mike 403 932 4659   403 605 6223

Does your jeep have a ballast resistor? Of they fail the fuel pump won't get any juice; you can easily bypass to get it running if this is the case

thanks everyone  it turns out the ground was bad i added a ground  and the pump started up      yahoooooo"
