Hey I was looking at work and ther is a ton of scrap electrical conduit Amd I read up on if it's weldable and some people say you can at a low amp setting. Just wondering what everyone thought about making fender flares out of it ? Would it be strong enough?

potentially strong enough as long as you don't hit anything :P
but you have to be careful welding galvanized and/or zinc dipped metals.

Although not potentially fatal, there is a good chance you could be laid up with the "flu" for a few days...

Im planinh in getting my shop to plasma me some 16gauge steel for flat parts, hoping that will help keep the strength up. Possibly jb weld on the inside seem aswell. I learned the dangers on fumes and advantages to proper ventilation/respirators at sait, being a third year sheet metal worker I guess is paying off!
