Title: Tow Hook Bracket
Post by: safetyguy on November 28, 2011, 02:54:16 PM
I am fairly new to the 4x4 world. I have a set of tow hook brackets to put on my zj, but when I was under there on the weekend, I'll be damned if I could wrap my head around how they go in.  ??? Does anyone have a picture, drawing or something I can reference. (I am normally waaaay more mechanically inclined, but this has me stumped)

I tried searching through the threads, but didnt come up with anything that will help.

lol

too funny amigo.

you have to pull the bumper/fascia off first.  then it will all make sense.
the bolt plate then slides into the framerail and you can bolt the bracket up.  the long part of the bracket (with two bolts) will bolt into the radiator support.  the part with 4 bolts bolts to the framerail.

I should have just asked when I got them from you. Pulling the front cover off makes sense......duh. I am currently smacking my forehead lol.

Thanks for the help!
