I drive a '91 YJ with just a 2.5" RE lift. I noticed that my driver's side front bumpstop had rotted off. Backing plate is still attached to the frame, but the rubber is gone. So I picked up a new pair of Daystar urethane 3.5" YJ/CJ bumpstops from National. Problem is they are shorter than the stock ones! I measured the stock stops at 4.5".
I only run 31"s and get no rubbing. You figure a 1" shorter bumpstop is OK with this lift?
