I'm wondering who could tune my CB for their favourite case or 2 of beer?

To be honest... You can buy a meter and do it yourself for a case of beer or two. Its not harx at all and then you got another tool to collect dust.
-
Where do you get the meter from?

Comtek in Road King sells them for about $30 i believe. If you PM Knox he has one ;)
I have one too but its been lent out to a friend.

I'm going to Road King tomorrow to switch the Fiberglass antenna to a steel whip. What time will you be there?

Well made it to RoadKing and got myself a whip antenna instead of the fiberglass and picked up an SWR meter, so I should be up and running tonight when I get some time. Thanks everyone that has offered to help.

Hey "homeguy" if you are coming out on the JK run , can you bring the SWR with you, i have ben using it and nothing happened but i just replaced my antenna and it sounds like it gets way to strong of a signal.
Thanks allot

Those with jks, what are you using to mount your antennas and where did pick them up? Thought I'd see if there is a local seller of the rear tire mount sort before ordering one.
-
We picked ours up at RoadKing... it is the place to go for your cb stuff. We have the Or-Fab rear tire carrier, and have a mount right on it. Not sure where you'd put it on a stock bumper/tire carrier. I didn't keep my stock bumper on long enough to find out.
-
AV.Nine built mine. Works great. It's on a stock JK. Pm him he might make another?
-
Northridge4x4 has them. I got mine from there. U just have to shave off some paint for good gounding.
