Title: dead jk
Post by: bae146 on April 08, 2012, 02:40:51 PM
So this morning i am driving home in the jeep.  as I pull up in front of the house it seams to be lurching to a stop.  I decide maybe I should put it in the garage and investigate.  I go to turn around and it makes some nasty grinding noises... when I step on the gas something seams to be binding, I hear a clink and it starts to move a bit then it binds up again.  I am thinking rear end, transmission, or differential. none of which I am equipped to repair.  I am thinking Chandra automotive?  I am not sure they do transmissions though.  Any other recommendations?

I wouldn't hesitate to get it towed to Chanda.

We do transmission  work. We would be glad to help you out. Give me a call at the shop tomorrow or you could have it towed in tonight there is a key drop in the big bay door. 403-287-3350

Chanda it is, it might not get there till Tuesday, I have so much to do tomorrow.  Funny my first jeep had the rear end done at precision transmission, located in the exact shop where chanda is now...
