i'm with rogers and i always had descent service at some areas with my BB. it all depends on your cell phone. my nokia would not get cell signal in the same spot my BB would have 3 bars.

The chance of getting cell coverage is directly related to how late and lost you are. ;D

My friends and I had to reach someone who was meeting us and we needed to call them. The telus and bell phone had reception at the store. The rogers phone didn't get reception until the highway. I don't know if the phones had anything to do with it, but that was a good test for us.

I was with Rogers and my sister had telus. We had the same phones and she consistently got better reception, at our acerage(no Rogers at all), red wood meadows, McLean creek, Waiporous. Any where remote Telus consistently got better reception. I finally switched back to Telus.

Too bad their customer service sucks so bad.

Btw there are only two networks. Telus/Bell share one and Rogers has the oIther. The smaller guys buy their airtime off the other two.
