Happy birthday Noel.  He was getting old a few years ago.....  I remember driving to work one morning and seeing this old guy watering his flowers at 6:30 in the morning, turns out it was Noel.

Thanks everybody for the warm birthday wishes! I did enjoy my day despite the sogginess .

Heeps - I'm not 40 yet. That's still a few years away( you owe me a movie btw)

Johnny- I'm banned from all CJA campfire stories due to my penchant to regale foul stories about hookers with dysentery and strippers with anal prolapse. I think I might have scarred Kevin's kids for life.

Serge- shakedown run for our Jeeps soon? Let's hit-up the Glenmore Bogs yo! I've got an old sofa and pallets /garbage to burn like the good ol days. Bring some hot dogs and I'll bring the Pilsner.

No need. I'm working along 72 Ave and 68th St and there's a pile of pallets (and like 4 bundles of survey lath I added to the pile) just south of there right along where 68th should be. Be warned: they installed manholes and catch basins down there at least 4 years ago and there's nothing that resembled a road. I went pioneering through the tall grass and just about took the radiator out of my truck (they are sticking way out of the ground). Another 3 ft to the left and it would of been bad news.

In other news, I farted just now and it smells old like you, so happy birthday!

Klapper, the Glenmore Bog thing was an inside joke between Serge and I . I've never " wheeled" there but I've enjoyed the yokels with their fist-fights and old Christmas tree bonfires. I imagine it's what the Deep South would be like on a Friday night.

Ummm...and thanks for the birthday greeting I think.
