Title: Need some welding done

Hey guys, I need a few quick welds done on my new tire carrier. Basically just enlarging two holes and then tacking the studs I have into place. About 2" on the side as well where the current welds don't look too healthy.

I'd love to get this done tomorrow, cash or beer whatever works for you.
