I can't make Monday, but would like to go out Sunday. Do top of the world or something. I'm thinking 10 am at the store.
We'll make it home for turkey. I don't discriminate what I help get unstuck so all welcome. :)
Prefer fairly capable rigs - stock is fine if a rubicon. Reliability is a must.

I have an 87 wrangler, rear locker,36 iroks, lift, warn winch ......i could pull ya if it was ever needed, I,m gonna trailer it out there on my car hauler with my 4x4 truck so theres another option in case something bad breaks . Another rig would be good tho let me know if your going for sure and ill get my jeep on the trailer etc My son has a tacoma/yup he went toyota/ all prepped too, but not sure if he will be coming

With a rig like that, we'll be golden! We have another jeep maybe, but not confirmed. Toyotas welcome. See you tomorrow.

Would like to join... but wonder how quickly the stock '07 JKU would half to turn tail and head back to relative safety...
We generally poke around the first couple km's from the gravel for a couple hours then head home, but it'd be nice to see more of the area.

You can for sure make it to top of the world. As for where the plan is after that I don't know. Worst case someone has to give you a tug or winch but you shouldn't need it to top of the world.

Sounds good. The lad is up for it. The ol' lady isn't so sure she wants to get up and join. Either way, we'll see ya'll tomorrow.

Pretty much ANY stock 4wd can do top of the world without issue, even with crap tires.

I've been to top of the world and a number of other places throughout the creek area, but never with a few others. Without a winch or backup, we tend to play it pretty safe. Well I think I'm safe. Passengers always seem to have a different perception. I figure that since we haven't broken anything and we've been out a half dozen times, we take it pretty easy. That, or we're pretty lucky.

Although, if you do McLean hill from Fisher East, that's a different story, going down, little hairy for stocker, going up, even more hairy for a stocker ;)

See you tomorrow at 10!

Its not even a matter of breaking anything......If your not getting stuck enough to need another rig to help you out now and then I'd say your going too easy.
