Title: Blowing Fuses

So my CD player and horn died on me a while back. I checked the fuse box, and the the fuse for the horn was done. Put in a new one, and they both worked fine. Two days later, blew the fuse, tried another fuse, it worked fine until I hit the horn, and poof again...  

Can't be too complicated, possibly a problem with the horn, short in the wiring? Anything else I can check for?

really idk, i guess make sure you're useing the right fuses, or try one that can handle a little more amprage

Rotted wire shorting out the horn. Start under the hood, most likely culprit.

disconnect the + wires from the horns, run a wire straight to the battery, If you see lots of sparks it is probably shorted, don't hold it on too long if you if you don't hear the horn, if the horn honks then you know its ok, then check the wiring.

Cool, thanks for your help.  I have tried going to bigger fuse (originally 20, then 25, then 30...), and when I popped it in, poof, done right away. So for now I've just unplugged the horn and I'm not having any issues. So it's probably the horn, or the wiring to the horn then. I'll take a look, but I can live without the horn.

If you've unplugged the wires at the horn and the fuse doesn't blow the wiring is OK. It has to be the horn itself.
