Title: What does everyone use for aux toggle switches?
Post by: Shift.91 on February 21, 2013, 01:26:56 PM
I am trying to decide what would be the best way to setup a toggle switch panel. Just curious what everyone else is doing?

nope.   if you remove the console cover,  the blanks just pop out.  I only have the stock locker switch so I was able to put 3 of those switches (to the left of the locker) in there.   On the flat portion to the right I put in basic metal toggle switches from Napa for an extra set of lights and winch controls.

I have had pretty good luck with these guys... only 1 switch each time that I was unable to get what I wanted....

Go to Sterling/Western Star on 52nd, dirt cheap switches and they sell modular mounting systems too (go one, two, three, four wide etc).

If you want them up higher Modern Motors sells mounting plates that fit in place of the vent. This works for all TJs that I know of, and 97+ XJs.
