i noticed the other day that my front drivers side tire is sticking out about an inch more out towards the fender than the front passenger side, i put a 2" lift on last year but this is the first time ive noticed it after i got new tires mounted a few days ago. the rear seems fine, has anyone else had something similar? im thinking maybe somethings shifted or perhaps the trackbar is at fault? any suggestions?

ur trac bar keeps the diff centered either u bent it or u never installed relocate bracket
most 2'' lifts dont neeed a relocate or a adjustable trac bar
best bet check for a bend ,damaged bushings or anything adnormal that could cause the diff to move
if all looks good then u can live with is
or go buy adjustable trac bar

Physics does some crazy crap. I doubt you bent anything. a 2" lift wouldn't come with more than say spacers and shocks. Double check the rear and I bet it sticks out more on the passenger side.

So if all the Rods are straight and the connection points are secure it's nothing to worrie about then?
-
You say you got new tires mounted. Did you have spacers before? Is one missing? Just a thought as I sit on the crapper
-
Nope the rims are offset I'm not sure if I never noticed with the old tires
Or maybe something bent its got me puzzled

If you did a 2" lift on a rig running coil springs and are still running your stock track bar (with no relocation bracket), then yes - your axles will absolutely be off-center. With a 2" lift, I'd say that this in the "minor irritant" category as opposed to the "going to make you roll your Jeep" category.

Ah k this makes sense then so just the relocation bracket and I'm smooth sailing?

Or adjustable trackbars appropriate for the amount of lift.
-
Not sure that they even make an adjustable for that small of a lift that will clear the diff cover. I got 3 1/4 total suspension up front and no brackets or adjustable. The slight shift to the passenger is normal and isn't an issue.

I would go with an adjustable trackbar like Dingleberry suggested over a relocation bracket. Some of the relocation brackets aren't designed as well as others, and they can end up exerting a whole lot of leverage on the factory track bar mount - especially the frame side mount. YMMV - there are some good brackets out there, but there's also a lot of stuff that's just built to a price point.

so any advice on a brand for adjustable track bars?

is it a TJ or a YJ?

Yes, as I said, they don't make one for that little of a lift, you can try it if you want, but I wouldn't be surprised if it hit your cover or at the very least... The bolts. They don't make em to fit a 2" lift cause its unnecessary.

As stated look at track bar. Might be shot and throw out the axle an inch is a lot tho
