;D lol so some of you may remember me however i doubt it. I owned a '12 jeep JK Mojave that I did the 101 with, and it only had 160 KMs on it. Well due to lay offs at the tv company I was working with I had to part with it and move where there was work which for me was Red Deer (lame). None the less I hit a patch of good luck, I am now running a stellar 92 YJ islander with no big mods but hopefully some this summer including lift and tires! Also myself and my fiance are moving back to Calgary to chase dreams and all that bogus. Either way I look forward to wheeling and hanging out with you guys once again. Hope you all remember me lol if not new adventures shall come!

I've been a few places....and one thing that I've noticed is that there's a good contingent of people everywhere that "love to hate" where they live. It doesn't matter where....they just like complaining. Personally, I like Calgary more than Red Deer....but I've been to places that make Red Deer look like frakking paradise. It's also a short drive from Rotten Monkey House, and all of there's some pretty great country to be had once you get West of Rocky.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that a place is what you make it. Whiny chumps will find a way to be miserable wherever they are. Positive people will find a way to be happy where they are...or find a way to change where they are.
Anyways...welcome back to being a Jeep owner. I hope you're okay with being poor!
