does anyone know for sure if heim joints on your steering are legal in canada, specifically manitoba.?

Since there is a good chance you are looking at the IRO OTK system, I'll save you the trouble.

Don't bother with it. Unless your hobbies enjoy listening to your steering and replacing heims.
