What email address are you trying to send to?
Or better yet, what kind of problems with PMs?

I was trying to send to [email protected]
The probs I'm seeing are PMs not leaving my sentbox .. they just sit there. Every now and again if I edit them and keep updating they may go .. but there is no real explanation or reason for this.
Thanks

Try sending to webmaster at calgaryjeep.com
Whenver you send a PM a copy goes into your sent items folder. That doesnt mean that it was never sent.

sorry I meant outbox .. messages go to the outbox before being sent and are then should be held in the sentbox. Mine don't leave the outbox .. therefore they are not being sent.

I pm'ed you.
Messages sit in the outbox untill the person who you have pm'ed opens the message.
When you send a pm, the receiver will get an email at the address they specified when logging in. Unless they chose to deactivate that option.
Or the next time the the person you have pm'ed, logs into the site they will get a pop-up message saying there is mail waiting for them. If you have pop-ups disabled on your browser, you will see a message at the top of the page saying. "you have 1 message waiting" or something like that.
So if there is a message sitting in your outbox it simply means that the person you have pm'ed has just not checked in lately and seen the message yet.
Try pm'ing me back and then we will check eeverything is working ok.. Just be a little patient with me because some days I don't get a chance to check messages

PM'd you back. That makes sense .. I couldn't understand why they would suddenly go. Now I understand.
