Eaton eLocker installed a couple of weeks ago.
Looking to test it out. ;D
>Anyone up for a run to the Top of the World on,
Saturday-June~15th. Meet at the store: 9a.m.
and leave by 9:30a.m.
-
Fisher West from East to West might be a little better test. I've taken stock JKs and stock Landrovers up top of the world on stock tires with no problems at all.
-
where is top of the world? can somebody give directions how to get there?
-
I was actually trying to find someone to go out there on Sunday. Got some friends that want me to take them out but I don't wanna go alone. If that works let me know or if anybody else is down for a Sunday run get back to me.
-
im down,
there is two ways up from what i understand.
either way is good for me

You don't need a locker for Top of the World
-
Maybe I should add to my opening statement.
I was out for Jeep 101. Still cleaning out the mud.
Thought Top of the World would be "drier". And,
ya, I know I don't need lockers to do that run. Just
wanted to get out somewhere a little drier. If anyone
doesn't know how to get to the store just PM me and
I will meet you at the Shell in Bragg Creek at 8:45 and
lead you to the store at McLean. Time permitting we
could do a bit of Fish East or Fisher West after the run
to the Top of the World. Saturday is the only day I can
make McLean Creek. :P

Is " top of the world " trail kinda grown in ? Or is it a nice wide trail ?
Would be interested for either sat or Sunday.

that grown over?

A stock JK with a winch will make it. ;D

Parts of it are yes. You could get some good pin striping.
-
It all depends on how you get up there. There routes from south, west and east. All are different. All have bypasses around the harder sections. Whether or not you use the bypasses makes a big difference. I've taken bone stock Liberties up there without any trouble, but you use the bypasses...

I was planning on going up the west entrance. Second left turn up
to The top of the World off of McLean Trail
-
fire for lunch?
-
Usually no fire on these runs. Takes up to much trail time. ;D
-
taking the Gun Hill entrance is so much more fun. :)
