Title: Likelihood of Fines with No Fenders???

Hey guys I have had issues with the stock rivets breaking on my stock fenders, 3 out of 4 are loose due to the poor condition of the road I drive to work on.  I will soon be buying flat fenders, though til then, maybe a month or two, I was wondering just how bad cops look at fenderless Jeeps?  Seen a few around town,  but if I'm more than likely going to get a fine, I'll just warranty the darn things lol thanks!
