Well, since we had a pretty good turn out last year, I'm gonna try it again this year.
2nd annual Cherokee meet and greet. This is open to all Cherokees (XJ, ZJ, MJ, FJ, WJ etc...)
Planned for this year are, Pop and hot dogs (yes I will follow thru this year :flipa: ), small give aways, and mayby a bit of a swap meet.
If anyone has some other ideas, feel free to PM me.
Date and location to be announced (suggestions welcome)
This will also be followed by a Cherokee only Run to maclean or Indian graves (on a different day). Last year we had 2 rigs from Calgary, one rig from Saskatchewan and one from Edmonton. Hopefully we can get a few more this year.

Well, I doubt mine will be ready in time (I'm kind of a slacker). but I'd definatly like to stop by and meet some people (as long as no laughs at the ol' hyundai accent ;) )
-
Yeah I would be up for this. Great idea!
:D

i'm good as long as they trail ain't too difficult. If i'm out voted, I just won't hit the trails.
-
It'll be a trail (or 2) that everyone can do. This isn't limited to heavily modified rigs.
-
cool. if my truck decides to behave, i'm in. But i'm interested what type of date you're looking at. My truck's hitting the shop mid July and should be out before August 10.
-
So whens this gonna be? Wednesdays and Sundays are good for me.
-
Sounds like fun, any idea of a date yet?
-

How does Wednesday Eve (July 19th) sound to everyone?
I was thinking we could meet at the fishcreek entrance just east of Golden Acre Garden center...

Well...this was a bit of a bust. Thanks to Rob (NUXJR), Mike (Toyman76) and Jeff (XJfanatic) for actullay showing up. I realize the storm prevented some people from comming out...but the funny thig is, it only rained for 10 mins at the park. The shelter kept everything dry. I thought Jeepers were used to dealing with the elements??? Sheesh!
Too bad...now what the hell am I going to do with all these damn hotdogs? :P
Oh and thanks for comming out 87XJheep!!! :P (sorry if I got your name wrong, but you know who you are.
