Anybody know where a out of province could be done proprely with a moded jeep?

It is what is, no place is going to be super lienent, its their reputation and liscense on the line.

You may have to find the "right guy" at liscensed shop to do it or undo some mods...

moded is fine, they work on a ton of jeeps there. Sketchy is not. Honestly if its sketchy enough to fail an inspection do you really want to be driving it on public roads?
