Title: rear track bar bolt to the framerail ZJ

hopefully this is the last problem i encounter on this lift.  got the axle track bar bolt out yesterday, but upon tryin to get the one at the framerail, , it won't come out.  the nut came off no problem, however, the head wouldn't budge. so i grinded the head off and proceeded to hit it with a hammer. still won't budge. how the hell can a bolt seize in the bushing of the trackbar like that? and of course, how do i get it out??????  once this comes out its all install with new hardware... so any ideas?
