CJA General Meeting
Date: Nov 18, 2015

Tune up: 6:00 (optional)
Meeting: 7:00 pm sharp

Place: Austrian Canadian Club

Normally we have elections in November so if you want to see some changes in 2015 come on out and throw your hat in the ring, otherwise you end up with the same old lame exec  ;)

Turnout tonight was light again but pretty reasonable.  It was a good meeting and everyone walked away with a prize.

1)  We ran through a quick election/appointing of next years exec and as it stands our 2016 exec will be:

President - Dan (AstraX)
Vice President - Bill Avery (EEP)
Treasurer - Vince (Vinman)
Event Coordinator - Eric (hps4evr)
Web Guy - Robin (Fug)
S&S Coordinator - Trevor (Immortal) & Charlie (Crunch)
Truck Rep & Club Liaison - Andy (morerpmfred)
Education Coordinator - Kevin (SpecialK)
Camping Coordintaor - Ron (rws)

If you see your name on this list and you weren't at the meeting... congrats... this is what happens when you skip meetings.
If your name isn't on the list and you really really want it to be... PM me... we're always glad to have more volunteers

2) Christmas Party is going to be held on 12-Dec in Langdon and more details will be forthcoming

3) We're looking for someone to lead a run on 28 or 29th of November for the last days of McLean.  Post up if you want to lead this run

4) We are looking at having our winter camping trip on the 26-28 of Feb. 

5) We will try to schedule a hot chocolate run in the New Year sometime.  Details forthcoming.  (Maybe combine Boxing day run with hot chocolate run?)

6) This year the CJA will look at adopting a family for our Christmas charity.  Kevin (SpecialK) will get some info and post up shortly and we can plan from there.

Broken axle has adopted a family again this year. I'd gladly donate to both cja and ba family's!

So Ill be doing some runs as soon as I get my jeep back together. Don't think I can do last days at mclean, shooting for new year to be ready. So if other execs would like to plan some runs I say go ahead????
