Title: Storing Hard Top
Post by: CalgaryTJ on July 10, 2006, 06:29:58 PM
Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good way to store the fiberglass hard top outside. I don't have a garage and the top gets covered in tree sap and spider webs after I lean it against the house every summer.

I was thinking there must be some sort of giant plastic bag I could put it in, maybe from Rona or Home Depot.
Any Suggestions?

Cheers!

-Dave

super-store has a 2 piece tarp, one is 12x18, and the second is 18x24.  both come in a bag for $19.99.  maybe u could wrap them around it.. its a pretty cheap cure for tree sap...

I used a king size mattress bag.  Free at just about any furniture store.

Or, if you like spending money :) You can always see if National, or Modern can hook you up with this:

I set mine on a couple of 4x4's along the bottom rails and wrap it in a tarp.  Inside isn't completely covered, but for the most part it stays fairly clean.
