I have been busy since April, and it finally rolled out the door yesterday!

Looks pretty damned rad.
I drive by your Waggy on a fairly regular basis I think. I'm pretty sure you just live a couple blocks from me.
I'll have to keep and eye out for it now and stop next time to have me a better look (read: If you see some guy looking at your Jeep, it might be me, so please don't shoot).

I'll have to keep and eye out for it now and stop next time to have me a better look (read: If you see some guy looking at your Jeep, it might be me, so please don't shoot).

It actually just left on a car carrier. I am in the process of moving back to southern Ontario.

How did you do the paint? Looks awesome!
Turned out pretty nice eh?
The paint that I used is actually "water based" and is manufactured by www.autoaircolors.com The top coat is House Of Kolor clear, which seals it all up. But any automotive clear urethane will work fine.
I Dabbed the coarse metallic aluminum over a black base using balled up saran wrap as my brush.

Coated that with a "true" Candy Apple Red.

Sealed it up with the clear.

Cheap too! I have about $500 total invested in the paint job.
