Title: Sway bar tab
Post by: Extra Crispy on June 16, 2021, 07:26:45 AM
Hey folks, I have an issue with my sway bar tab being bent, from what I read it's because the sway bar isn't long enough when connected? I bought the Jeep ('15 JKU-S) recently and didn't realize there'd be an issue until it was too late.

What can I do to fix the tab now, budget friendly and not if it matters.

I'm next to useless when it comes to mechanical talent so I'd likely be paying for this.

Where the sway bar link attaches to the axle.

Could probably hammer it straight. But longer links would be needed.

Sounds good. How long? Is it dependant on lift? Because I don't know how much of that I have either hahah.

Buying lifted is looking like a nightmare so far.

Typically 10-15 degrees up on the sway bar itself.
And yes, buying a lifted jeep always had surprises.
