Title: Looking for info on using Crown Vic Rear disc brakes on D44

I recall someone here had a D44 with rear discs from a Crown Vic.  I've tried to find a web page with some info.  Can anyone help?

... interesting to note ... the rear discs on a 96- Crown Vic are 99% the same as a Grand Cherokee's with the only difference being the mounting holes.
