Title: Anyone have Sirius Radio?
Post by: Jaguar on September 03, 2006, 01:23:10 AM
A co-worker of mine has Sirius radio, and it's pretty sweet. A ton of stations, and great tunes. They don't repeat like local radio, and have very few commercials...... Plus Howard Stern is a slight novelty...

If you han't had a chance to lsiten to it, www.sirius.com gives out free, 3 day, web based trials.

Anyone running it on their rig? How did you end up installing it?

I'm running an XM and its great but after a while you do notice they repeat (not as much as local radio) But overall its way better then regular radio. I bought my Dad a sirius last christmas and he loves it too.
I swap mine in and out of my work van so its just plugged into my lighter plug. and the antenna can be hidden pretty easily.  Other than that go get yourself one, its not that expensive and its definitly worth it.
Just look into the channel lists for XM and Sirius to decide what you want to get more. Plus the actual XM radio's are nicer than the sirius ones.
