Title: I need a bigger Jack
Post by: Rookie on October 08, 2006, 10:52:58 PM
Before

After
(http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a59/The_Rookie/DSCN0335.jpg)

Just installed a RE 4.5" superflex with 3.5" springs . Its a pretty good kit had good instructions and all most everything needed :!:

Thanks to BD&L importing for getting me the lift

Things that should be added to the kit

A huge box of bandaids

Earplugs for all the neighborhood kids to stop me from teaching them bad words

Now I just need

1 bleeder screw

Longer shocks

And adjust the rear pinion down to cure a minor vibration ( I hear it more than i feel it )

NOTE CHECK HEIGHT OF GARAGE DOOR BEFORE INSTALLING LIFT

Didn't happen to me but the neighbor had me woried for a couple of minutes

Now I just need time to get out and try it

Steve

For all those who laugh at this.....

Saw pictures of an experienced wheeler in Arizona who neglected to do this. Does happen.
