Title: Alcan Springs

Anyone running Alcan custom leaf springs in these parts.  I got a quote from them today and each spring is $190 USD including bushing, which I don't think is unreasonable, considering RE ED springs are $150 USD each

Never met anyone here that ran them, but sure read a lot of good things on Pirate.

Those RE's have made in Canada stickers right on them. They are probably done right here at standens.....lol

I dont have any experience with them, but I am on the www.jeepin.com board often and "Wally" swears by them. He has one of the best built YJs ive seen, and hes out wheelin tons...His ranting and raving(and stuff I have heard over on pirate) has convinced me to get my next set through them.

Well I took the plunge today and ordered a set of Alcans.  Should have them by xmas hopefully

You gotta let me know how they are!? Did you get them offset at all, or just centred?

I never asked, but I am assuming they will be centered because YJ are centered.

I will definitely let you know when I get them in.
