Title: Avatars?

Kinda dumb question, but is there an easy way with paint to change the size of a normal pic to avatar size and keep the kb under 13.  Every time I change the size, it is still to large in kb's.  I had someone else change my first one but don't know how he did it... :?

paint isn't a good program for doing this, most better programs have compression settings when saving files, such as large to small, 10 to 1 etc.

simplest way would be mail the image to me and i will resize it and send it back.  [email protected]
