I have a squeeking noise comming from somewhere in the rear half of my TJ. When I speed up, the sound does as well. It also only makes this sound when it's cold out. It sounds like the same noise my front wheel bearings made before I replaced them, but I'm assuming the rear bearings are a much different setup.
Any ideas?

forgive the pun.. but it sounds like a u-joint to me

Does it squeek with the clutch out sitting at a stop?
-
Nope it only does it while moving. The clutch being in or out makes no differnce either.

Pull your front driveshaft and see if it goes away.

I've had my front u-joint replaced around 5K ago under warantee. Could it be my rear u-joints?

The CV joint on the front DS has a tendency to wear and make noises
