I am not sure about 35' tire but on a 35" it will be okay depending on the engine size. It is not an ideal gear ratio but you can get by, 4.56 will be a better choice

It's the axle that matters with tire size along with what Black YJ stated. What axles do you have? D44 is fine up to 35". I've seen people survive on D35's and D30's for years beating it on 36"'s but there is a limit and when they break it's usually nasty. I have a friend still trying for a month to get a D30 shaft that exploded out of his axle casing. What wheeling goals are you trying to accomplish with with your gear ratio 4.10?

If it is a 4 banger, 4.10s WILL NOT be sufficient for 35s. 33s are pushing the limits of 4.10s with the 4 banger. If it is a 4.0L or larger is will be okay, not great, but will work.
Also like Whitewolf said, 35s are pushing the limit of a D35. The front D30 is a little stronger
