Title: Rust Cleaner, Faded paint

Was using a rust cleaner on my jeep, and got some on the paint, so just below the door handles, the paint is a bit darker, then the rest of the paint, any ideas on how to fix it? do you think It will just buff out, if I give it a good rub down?
