Title: Offroad fines

GAMP New Fines:
• Not complying with the lawful orders and instructions of a forest officer $350
• Not complying with instructions, prohibitions and directions on signs/notices $250
• Starting and maintaining an open fire outside of designated facilities in a Forest Recreation Area or within one km of a Forest Recreation Area or road $500
• Camping violations such as camping within one km of a Forest Recreation Area or overnight within 100m of a lakeshore $150
• Unauthorized setting of a trap, use of explosive or discharge of a firearm $250
• Discharge of a firearm to endanger persons or property $500
• Operation of on-or off-highway vehicles and snow vehicles in contravention of the regulations (i.e. operation outside of designated areas or timeframes) $250
• Speeding violations $100
• Landing a helicopter on or within 200m of a lake $500
• Operating a motorized boat within designated Forest Land Use Zones $250
• Allowing a horse on cross country ski trails during restricted periods $250
• Grazing or tethering a horse within 100m of a waterbody $150
• Allowing a horse off of designated trails $150
• Detrimental use of a kitchen shelter within a Forest Recreation Area $250
• Not complying with rules posted in a kitchen shelter $100
• Dressing big game within a Forest Recreation Area $250
• Allowing cattle to enter a Forest Recreation Area $250
• Not keeping a pet contained or on a 3m leash $100
• Damaging, defacing, destroying or removing of a natural object or feature $250
• Unauthorized placement of a sign or poster within a Forest Recreation Area $100
• Removing firewood from a Forest Recreation Area $250
• Interfering with quiet and peaceful enjoyment of a Forest Recreation Area $250
• Parking a vehicle, boat, trailer, camping unit outside of designated sites in a Forest Recreation Area $150
• Improper disposal of waste $150
