Title: Ecco Wheels on Liberty

I took my old 15x7 Ecco Wheels (I think, ones in this picture), and my boss wants to buy them. I was wondering if there will be any issues if he puts them on his '03 Liberty.

It won't work. You need at least a 16" rim to clear the brake calipers.
