well, i figured i would try to paint it myself. i already have a sprayer, and was wondering what brand of paint to buy, and where to i get it from. also, how hard is it to do a clear coat on top of the paint?

i use endura but unless you have a fresh air mask i wouldnt. its pretty harsh paint. there is paint such as imiron(sp?), ppg etc that is used lots as well that isnt as harsh as endura. then a basic full face respirator setup would suffice.
as for clear coat, you need a very well lit shop as it can be difficult to see where you have already sprayed. depending on what color you are painting it will also be very difficult to see where you have already sprayed as well.
i cool white light is better then halogen obviously because you dont get the bright glare or reflections to the same extent.
good luck. i really enjoy painting at work and im sure you will love the finished product after doing it yourself.
