Hi all. I have been reading on the net about changing the 4.0l engine oil filter adapter from metric thread to a standard thread by changing the adapter. Has anyone ever done this on a 1983 4.2l engine? I live in ford country and it would be way easier to use a PH-8A on my jeep. Any help would be great.
