you will see buildings etc. kinda like the roundup center in calgary

Post by: RedDog on September 08, 2007, 05:42:37 AM: fony3 - As you pass Gasoline Alley exits on the QE2 you will proceed north on 50th (Gaetz) Avenue, effectively exiting the freeway as it curves to the left (west) so remain in the right lane as you approach Red Neck Deer.

Carry on to the first light. That's 19th street, usually referred to locally as Delborne Road. Velnor Leisure Products RV will be on your right. Turn right (east) at that light onto 19th street. There will be a traffic light again by the rear of Velnor Leisure products at which point you'll see the Westerner Park signage, the Enmax Centrium and other Westerner Park fairgrounds facilities. That's 49th avenue. Turn right at that light (now heading back south on 49th ave) and proceed to the parking entrance gate on your left about a block south - the only left turn in about ten blocks of the Westerner Park Grounds so you can't miss it.

Post by: calltrex on September 08, 2007, 07:54:08 PM: Im reporting from the show. was a great day. the course is totally different from last year. bunch of rollovers for the bigger rig section.

the triple brothers was a cool show also. motorcross freestyle jumping 45 ft in the air doing wild tricks..

lots of cool stuff...

will see what happens tommorow...

Looks like a tough stock course too, I only seen one guy go through all 3 obstacles.

Walked away today with 3 free shirts and 2 seat things from Toyo.

I was scoring the stock mod crawl on Saturday so I missed most of the Pro mod and Unlimited runs, even though they were 20 feet behind me. I was also scoring the rock race today so a view from the stands would be great!

I think I even got Dr Daves roll on video.

We had a blast - definitely gonna be on our list of things to do for future years. My kid didn't stop talking about the truck he wants to build all the way home.
