Ok, I have noticing alot of grease everywhere on my front end...I was hoping to get some advice. Note I have an 02 TJ with 2 inch lift coils.
Here is a ball joint that has a hole in the rubber, I need to identify it...Would it be a Drivers side tie rod end? If I get a new one does it come with the ball joint in it?

Next, I have noticed that the ball joint at the pitman arm is responsible for spewing grease everywhere. I cant really tell how its leaking, looks like maybe from the bottom of the rubber in these pictures. It also looks like outta the zerk itself too. Looks kinda squashed on the one side too. Same question, what would this be called, do I order the entire threaded part or just the ball joint?

The Tie rod to tie rod joint also looks like it may be hitting a braket here, not too worried about this though, could be just excess grease. Any worries here?

Next, I think this is the stabilizer bar...Does this look too squished? (You can really see the mess that the pitman arm ball joint is making, maybe this ball joint too?)

Lastly, I have noticed that both sides of my sway bar end links are messed up, One is compressed and the other is stretched. I dont think there is anything to worry about here...but figured i would check.

Thanks in advance for your help...I am guessing this is partly due to age and extra wear from the lift.

Your first pic doesn't look like anything except a greasy tie rod end. I don't see a hole in it.
As for the pics where it looks like the grease is coming out of the grease nipple/zerk, that exactly what has happened. The one way check ball is messed. Just unscrew the old ones, and put in some new ones. You can find them at almost any auto place. Before you do this, be sure that the area is really clean as you wouldn't want junk to get into those joints.
Pic #6 does look like it at a little bit of an angle, but I don't think it's too bad. But then again....I'm not a jeep guy.
Your sway bar end links do look a little weird, the second-to-last pic looks like the bushing were both put under the sway bar where there should be one on top.

Run them until you can grab them by hand and slop them around really easy.
If they arent doing that, just pound more grease to them and continue on.
Same goes for any the trackbar TRE you posted as well.
The swaybar is normal.

Ok..thanks for your help guys...As far as the drivers tie rod end...when i squeeze the ball, you can see the hole in the rubber, it doesnt hold any grease at all...can i replace the ball joint, or do i just replace the entire tie rod end?
Also thinking of replacing the pitman arm joint too...you can see in the track bar picture the mess that joint is making.

pull apart clean really well and if there is no damage throw some new boots on, very simple to do!

Thanks for throwing that out there kelly...difference between 80 bucks and 6 bucks...Is it pretty self explanitory to change them out?
The package comes with two boots, I am assuming the boot on the drag link is that same as on the tie rod end?

usually, simple to do. If you can put a condom on you can change your boots.
